Making things started at an early age and has lead me on a wonderful creative career path in the manual arts. I am passionate about being in the building and decorative art trades and enjoy fabricating with a combination of both traditional and modern tools and systems.
Growing up in rural New England gave me a rich appreciation and respect for the traditions, values and lessons of the past.
In 1996 I attended the prestigious North Bennet Street School in Boston, Massachusetts for formal training in fine woodworking and after graduation, I continued my apprenticeship in several specialty shops in the area.
My family moved to Santa Barbara in the Spring of 2002 to open the doors of my own shop working on local Santa Barbara area homes.
“Pete has completed multiple unique and challenging projects for us. We are delighted by the results! They are highly functional as well as beautiful aesthetically beyond the functional. The excellent craftsmanship is evident in the gorgeous end product. And Pete is one of the nicest and most humble people you’ll ever meet.”
